Jobs in the USA had been much sought after by youngsters from all across
the world. Today, though the employment sector in the US is not very
green, yet there are plenty of jobs looking out for people. In the last
one year, there has been a leap in manufacturing, transportation and
healthcare jobs growth, but the sectors related to homes and housing,
however, have been hiring lesser numbers. The scenario at the
Private-industry employment is showing positive signs across key
industries.
In the field of Computer Systems one could do quite well to find jobs in
USA as the corporate investment in new technology has produced
respectable job growth in key areas of the tech sector over the past
year. In computer systems design manned by people who design, install
and program computer systems, the hiring of personnel has increased by
about 70,000 between June 2010 and June 2011. For the online jobs in
USA, the sector has a high recruitment rate.
Manufacturing has been recruiting people since the start of 2010. The
upsurge in employment rates in the sector has been largely associated
with the sharp spring back in automobile production at Chrysler LLC,
General Motors Co, and Ford Motor Co. However, things are not as bright
in the housing, from furniture makers to hardware stores, though
Homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. plans to rev up its employment figures to
3,300 by Oct. 31. The past year has witnessed private employers adding
1.7 million jobs.
The Fabricated Metal sector includes companies that cut and shape metal
for cars, airplanes and other products. It has seen an upward swing in
hiring orders over the past year. Robert Akers, chief operating officer
of the National Tooling and Machining Association pointed out that the
orders have been chiefly prominent from aerospace and medical equipment
makers. Labor Department Employment has recorded employment figures
77,800. Growing investments in by oil, gas and other energy-producing
companies have increased orders at General Carbide Corp., a maker of
tungsten carbide parts and tooling in Greensburg.
Amongst the various jobs in USA, Restaurants and bars have over 9.3
million Americans working in restaurants, which amounts to about one in
every 10 employed. This industry has been one of the few brightest job
sectors as it continues to induct people in large numbers; the Food
service having added nearly 216,000 jobs since December 2009. The 2.1%
job growth attained by the sector in the year ending June from a year
ago is more than twice the nation's 0.9% job growth rate.
Printing jobs have not registered much of growth in the employment
rates. The digital communication or media has reduced demand for
newspapers, magazines and books, though the businesses of printing
labels, and wrappers and packaging remains sturdy.
In building construction there have been a slight job gains in
commercial and industrial construction, though there have been losses in
residential, where foreclosures, tight credit and depressed prices have
taken a toll.
Amongst the better paid jobs, one could do well in the in healthcare as
there is a relative scarcity of skilled, qualified nurses. Jobs in USA
for freshers is quite promising in this sector along with the biofuels
industry which has projected to create around 90,000 new jobs in the
near future (Expertise in Labor Mobility). The best paid jobs in the US
could be found in the major industries: telecommunications, steel
petroleum, consumer goods motor vehicles, aerospace, chemicals,
electronics, and food processing, lumber and mining. Good jobs are
mushrooming in the research and development in biotechnology or the
'green' industry that chiefly is involved in the production of renewable
energy and energy efficiency.
Best paid jobs in the US lie in the major companies: Wal-Mart, Exxon
Mobil, Chevron, General Electric, Bank of America Corp, AT&T, Ford
Motor, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Hewlett-Packard, Procter and Gamble.
