When you are serious about your faith, you consistently practice your faith. You live your faith. I was in Martial Arts for about 12 years and if I never went to class and practice, my belief would have diminished in my ability and the belief that I could ever achieve a 2nd Degree Black Belt would have gone to hell.
So how do I practice belief? All of the leaders that I know practice their belief by listening to training audios, reading motivational books. They go to events to be around successful people and they work their business on a daily basis. By working their business, they see results thus increasing belief.

Focus
The second mlm marketing secret that successful people practice is Focus.
Successful Leaders Know How To Focus on Three Primary Things:
1. The End Result - And not focus on the daily grind of blogging, making videos, writing articles & SEO work. While all of this is important for lead generation, they know to focus on what makes them money and that is the End Result. Successful people always have the end result in mind, whether it's retirement for themselves and their spouse or buying an island retreat or whatever is on the goal list!
2. People - Prospecting is a mlm marketing secret that CANNOT be neglected. At least 75% of your time should be spent prospecting for good, qualified people. Leaders realize that in order to keep their organization growing they have to balance their time between prospecting for their personal business and helping the key people in their downline who are taking action and producing results.
The focus is put on building relationships with quality people and nurturing that relationship, and when done right, a lot of times it develops into a business relationship.
The reason focus is so important is that most new people will not stay focused for the first 1-3 months. When that happens, they lose belief, lose focus and end up stuck in their J.O.B.
3. Recruiting - Do you want to own your life or just rent it? Renting is just what people who have a job are doing from their employers. It is crazy bad. As marketers, we have a better way and a responsibility to show the masses that there is a way out! In MLM, our "field work" is recruiting. This is the action of turning prospects into members in your business.
Consistency
Consistency is the glue that holds belief and focus together. Consistency is the third mlm marketing secret and it is simply means setting a daily schedule, even if just for an hour per day, and working that schedule no matter what! You could set your goal to be talking to 1, 5 or 10 people a day about your business. The number is really arbitrary as long as you set a realistic goal. Meaning if you only have 1 hour a day to spend on your business you aren't going to realistically be able to talk to 50 people in that hour.
Once you begin that process, you'll begin to see things start to change, and you'll see success in MLM appearing in the horizon because not only will you start seeing results, but your group will see you having success and the strong will try and emulate what you do and start to see their own group grow.
MLM is a monkey see, monkey do business! That's why it is no mlm marketing secret that you have to put in the work to achieve the success. Think about this, how long would a doctor be in business if he only performed 2 in 7 surgeries correctly? Not too long!. Staying in business is the doctor's goal.
